Power Hauler Model HD923SW
This is our Power Hauler equipment retrieval and delivery system with power up and down. The reversing power system allows the Power Hauler to either pull equipment up or provide a controlled powered down. Applications include: ROV inspection systems, underwater sensor/mapping equipment, equipment retrieval and deployment.
Note: speed is the same for both up and down to reduce speed a block and tackle or similar setup is required.
Equipped with our heavy duty 2.3 hp 12 volt worm gear power drive with our zero maintenance sealed oil bath roller bearing gearbox. With its 90:1 gear ratio this power drive has a higher torque (pulling power) pulling 200 Lbs. at up to 120 feet per minute.
Choice of 8 or 5-1/2 inch aluminum winch drums with 2-1/4 diameter shafts. The 8 inch drum holds up to 600 ft. the 5-1/2 inch drum holds up to 150 ft. of 1/8 inch diameter wire rope or high performance braid such as Amsteel

- Heavy duty schedule 80 aluminum tubing and 1/4 inch motor plate.
- 1/4 in. pulley block bracket.
- Heavy duty low resistance 6 gauge easy flex wire harness with an auto resetting breaker.
- Folbe 5 inch closed face chain-link pulley with a clevis shackle for mounting.
- Waterproof switch box.
- Momentary spring to off power switch.
- 3/8 stainless wire lock hitch pin to lock the davit into fishing/stowed positions
- Aluminum davit end cap.
- Premium UHMW sleeved gunnel mount and your choice of our sleeved flat or combo base mounts.
